“I like the name. In Spanish it’s called Casa de Puta.” That’s bilingual director/performer Nacho Vidal on his new movie, called “Whore House” in English. But the native Spaniard likes more than the title.

For one thing, he’s got a couple of noteworthy male cast members, Dinio and Rafa Garcia, whom Nacho describes as, “two twins who are very, very big, famous in Spain — not porn stars.” According to Nacho, the twins’ fame came when “Dinio married a big movie star, Marujita Díaz.” Not that Ms. Díaz stars in porn movies either; she turns out to be a huge mainstream acting and singing star in Spain … and she’s 77 years old. Perhaps Spain is as celebrity gossip-struck as the U.S., because Nacho says that when the much younger Dinio hooked up with his sugar mama, he “became a big celebrity, got a TV show, blah blah blah…” Newly armed with tabloid notoriety, Dinio decided he “wanted to do porno,” and in Nacho’s judgment he’s “very good at it.” That gave Nacho an idea. “I thought a movie with the twins would sell like crazy in Spain — you know, like how everyone wants to see Tommy Lee” in the Motley Crüe drummer’s now famous celebrity sex romp. So Nacho built his new movie around these sensationalized twin brothers; the plot set-up is that he invites Dinio and Rafa to party at a Casa de Puta … er, a whorehouse.

“Whore House” was shot in Barcelona, “in my own house,” says Nacho, perhaps revealingly. So whom did he invite to join him and his notorious twins? Nacho calls his “Whore House” girls, “the best for me in Spain,” and saves special praise for Ana Rock, “the 18-year-old in the first scene.” Young Ana returns in the second scene too. Nacho loves the final scene, with Sophie Evans. “Amazing! One of the most cute girls I ever work with. The scene is for real because I’ve been fucking her for months!” he confesses.

Nacho promises, “Crazy, crazy sex” throughout “Whore House,” but not necessarily in conventional XXX style. “I’m not like a normal porn director,” he insists. He won’t restrict himself to a straight menu of “oral, pussy, anal” because, “I hate formula.” Rather, “I want girls to enjoy a scene the same as me. I don’t want working. I want to make it a party — everyone enjoying themselves.”

So we have to ask if Nacho has much experience partying in real whorehouses. He hesitates, then laughs, “I have to say yes. That’s why I know how it works!”

In “Raw,” performer/director Manuel Ferrara presented intimate, one-on-one scenes that show sex as it really happens, without a lot of porn/movie magic. “Raw 2,” another peek into Manuel’s private sex life (or at least his private stock of fuck footage) features Avy Scott. “We met a long time ago, when I first came to America in 2002,” remembers Manuel. “We always met on the set, but we never worked together. Then she quit the industry. Now she’s back,” and her genuineness perfectly fits the naturalistic “Raw” vibe. “She was incredible. The funny part is, I just did my new (STD) test. Because my test (result) wasn’t back yet, we had a lot of footage of us just fooling around, waiting on my test result so we could start fucking. It was like a lot of foreplay.”

Manuel isn’t the only one operating a camera in “R2”; he got some help from Kristina Rose. “I just gave her a camera for 24 hours,” Manuel explains. “I wanted her to film herself knowing we were going to fuck. So she filmed herself at the beach, at home. I didn’t tell her to jerk off or things like that; I just wanted her to show a real day of Kristina Rose. But she shot herself watching a movie of us working together, and she jerked off to that. I didn’t discover any of that until after we did our scene. I discovered it in editing.”

Not that the rough-hewn “R2,” which clocks in at well over six hours, is heavily edited. “It’s edited already the way it is. I shoot everything automatic, so there are technical flaws sometimes, but it allows the realness of the sex in the movie.”

Among the next titles on Manuel’s release schedule is “Fucked On Sight 7,” shot to give the viewer the point of view (POV) of the dude doing the fucking. “Faye Reagan is just incredibly beautiful,” says Manuel of an “FOS7” starlet. “She’s just so good! I put the camera down and we fucked with the camera running,” he recalls, but that doesn’t make for POV-style action. “So I put that footage in the behind-the-scenes” segment, he says. Madison Parker’s “FOS7” scene benefitted from an impromptu guest appearance. “Aubrey Adams, who also does make-up now, was on set doing make-up. She was very horny that day, so I asked her if she wanted to be in the scene, and she did. We had a really good scene.”

Powerhouse performer/director Nacho Vidal’s globetrotting “Made In…” series takes its fourth trip to Brazil, and it’s easy to understand why certain destinations become the popular ports of call.
