In “Raw,” performer/director Manuel Ferrara presented intimate, one-on-one scenes that show sex as it really happens, without a lot of porn/movie magic. “Raw 2,” another peek into Manuel’s private sex life (or at least his private stock of fuck footage) features Avy Scott. “We met a long time ago, when I first came to America in 2002,” remembers Manuel. “We always met on the set, but we never worked together. Then she quit the industry. Now she’s back,” and her genuineness perfectly fits the naturalistic “Raw” vibe. “She was incredible. The funny part is, I just did my new (STD) test. Because my test (result) wasn’t back yet, we had a lot of footage of us just fooling around, waiting on my test result so we could start fucking. It was like a lot of foreplay.”

Manuel isn’t the only one operating a camera in “R2”; he got some help from Kristina Rose. “I just gave her a camera for 24 hours,” Manuel explains. “I wanted her to film herself knowing we were going to fuck. So she filmed herself at the beach, at home. I didn’t tell her to jerk off or things like that; I just wanted her to show a real day of Kristina Rose. But she shot herself watching a movie of us working together, and she jerked off to that. I didn’t discover any of that until after we did our scene. I discovered it in editing.”

Not that the rough-hewn “R2,” which clocks in at well over six hours, is heavily edited. “It’s edited already the way it is. I shoot everything automatic, so there are technical flaws sometimes, but it allows the realness of the sex in the movie.”

Among the next titles on Manuel’s release schedule is “Fucked On Sight 7,” shot to give the viewer the point of view (POV) of the dude doing the fucking. “Faye Reagan is just incredibly beautiful,” says Manuel of an “FOS7” starlet. “She’s just so good! I put the camera down and we fucked with the camera running,” he recalls, but that doesn’t make for POV-style action. “So I put that footage in the behind-the-scenes” segment, he says. Madison Parker’s “FOS7” scene benefitted from an impromptu guest appearance. “Aubrey Adams, who also does make-up now, was on set doing make-up. She was very horny that day, so I asked her if she wanted to be in the scene, and she did. We had a really good scene.”
